Shiny Ads is NOT an ad network, nor do we solicit directly from advertisers or ad networks. We are a technology provider that supports your direct sales team and works in conjunction with your ad networks - providing online publishers with access to an untapped revenue stream.

Roy Pereira (Founder & CEO)
Roy has over 15 years of experience in technology companies and has been involved in 5 startups with his first in 1992, which focused on Internet and Email software. He has been a marketing executive at both medium-sized public corporations and VC-funded startups. He has a highly technical background with several patents and Internet standards to his name.
James Prudhomme (Director)
James is one of Canada's leading digital marketing executives with more than 15 years experience in the digital economy. He has had senior roles at AOL, Advertising.com and Sympatico/MSN. He has also consulted with some of North America's largest media companies including Yellow Pages Group.
Rob Koturbash (Director)
Robert is the founder and Managing Director of the Maple Leaf Angels, an angel investment group based in Toronto. He also sits on the investment committee of the Investment Accelerator Fund administered by the Ontario Centers of Excellence.
Prior to the Maple Leaf Angels, Rob served as the VP of Finance and Operations for Snipe Networks and was involved with the analysis and finance of rapid growth technology companies at Woodmere Court Investments. He was an associate at Helix Investments, a well-established Canadian venture fund, and was a director of Agile Systems.
Rob holds a BSME from Tufts University and a M.Sc. in Engineering Management from Stanford University.
Scott MacCannell (Director)
Scott is a founding member of York Angel Investors Inc. and serves as a member of the Board of Directors and as President of the organization. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario (B.A. Political Science and Economics) and has worked with Bell Canada, Canadian Telecommunications Group, Mitel Corporation.
