The Shiny Ads Self-Serve Platform for Direct Sales is designed for online publishers looking to leverage our Self-Serve platform to maximize profits from ad orders created by their sales teams. The Direct Sales module enables sales reps to cost-effectively manage ad orders, ultimately increasing their profit margins. The process is simple. Once approved, these ad orders are pushed into the Shiny Ads system and managed with al the other ad orders. There are two payment options: Shiny Ads can request payment from the advertiser or payment can be handled externally through traditional methods.
The owner of the account will grant the sales team access to specific ad products (aka zones).
Alternatively, pricing rules can be specified.
Direct Sales team members can create and monitor ad orders on behalf of their clients by using the speedy Shiny Ads Direct Sales self-serve ordering interface.
Direct Sales teams have special access to create an ad order with any pricing model, pricing and targeting options.
Once the ad order is created, it will need to be approved before it is inserted into the ad server and can then be monitored by both the sales person and the advertiser.
Advertiser's information can be entered manually of imported from SalesForce.com
Direct Sales teams can not only upload images, Flash, ad codes and internal redirect URLs, but they can also build a banner if their customer doesn't have one ready.
